For an expectation better than average you can expect higher wages than average. If you are employed on the basis of shift work, your wages will be higher than if you work only during the day. Yver pays wages every week. If you wish to transfer part of your wages to your family members without delay, Yver will gladly do it for you. Our digital payment system allows you to view digital paychecks, find out the amount of legal reserve accumulated, and change personal data.
Employees of Yver sign employment contracts subject to the provisions of the Collective Employment Agreement of the Dutch Association of Mediation and Temporary Employment Agencies. Health care insurance is taken care of by Yver. We also arrange the necessary documents so that health insurance will be suspended in your home country.
Since the average distance from the place of residence to work will not exceed 3 km, travelling time will be very short. If needed, Yver will take care of your personal protective equipment and safety training.
Employees of Yver make the decision themselves (in consultation with the client) when and how often to travel to their home country.
