These are recruitment agencies looking for professionals on the request of Yver. The initial selection is carried out by taking into account the candidates’ knowledge, skills, qualifications, preferences, and ambitions; references are also verified. The final selection is carried out by Yver. You, as a client, may specify which stages of the selection you would like to attend. Our online cooperation platform allows us to send reports on interviews and resume quickly and securely to our partners and clients.
Employees are employed either right away or a trial period is first applied.
We get acquainted with the candidate here, in The Netherlands, or first communicate on the telephone or a chat site or by e-mail. If the candidate has the necessary knowledge, experience, and dedication, we will offer him/her to you. In some cases, the candidate will be able to start work in a few days. We can also agree on a trial period. In this way, both the client and the employee will evaluate each other in practice and decide whether to continue cooperation. Clients employ as many as 92% of Yver’s candidates.
