Yver offers strong support to its employees in their lives. We provide accommodation and other assistance to our employees. We help employees to find their place in The Netherlands (for example, by organising Dutch language courses). Representatives of the company regularly visits employees at worksites to inspect whether it is safe to work there, whether employees are satisfied with their work, or whether there is a social dialogue and if necessary take measures to change the situation. If needed, Yver ensures that employees have work safety (VCA) certificates, personal protective equipment, and work clothing.

Yver strives to do with very little paperwork in its business. The Internet is therefore a great option. When issuing pay slips and invoices as well as administering the company, we use Internet tools. For example, employees can view their payroll information online. The online cooperation platform allows us to quickly and securely send reports on interviews and resume to our partners and customers. All files are also digital. This allows us to save paper and postage and contribute to reducing CO2 emissions.
