We help employees to find their place in The Netherlands (for example, by organising Dutch language courses). Representatives of the company regularly visits employees at worksites to inspect whether it is safe to work there, whether employees are satisfied with their work, or whether there is a social dialogue and if necessary take measures to change the situation. If needed, Yver ensures that employees have work safety (VCA) certificates, personal protective equipment, and work clothing.
